The villa is fantastically located near the intersection of the US Highway 27 and the western end of Interstate 192. Both the US 27 and I.192 intersect the Interstate 4 (I4) which runs from the West coast to the East coast of Florida. This gives great access to both Atantic and Gulf coasts and the rest of Florida.

 

The surrounding area has non-stop nightlife, plenty of shopping and great food. For the Golfer there are many courses only minutes away.

  

The villa offers easy access to Disney, Sea World, Universal studios and Wet and Wild theme parks. Kennedy space centre and Daytona beach are about an hours drive to the East and The Gulf coast, Tampa, its beaches and St Petersburg are an equal drive to the West.
